The house was amazingly beautiful! It was nice to have the pool and hot tub right in the backyard so the kids could swim and play while the adults cooked or were relaxing! Highly recommend if you are a coffee drinker to sit out by the pool in the mornings and read or whatever your morning routine is. The rooms are all decorated beautifully and are very warm and inviting! If something broke or didn't work Craig was on top of getting it fixed asap or thinking of workarounds if possible! Will 100% be back at this location or one of his future locations!
Craig was an awesome host and very responsive ! The house and back yard are beautiful and clean . 2 min walk to the beach . Would highly recommend and hope to return 😃
Absolutely stunning home!! Pictures do not do it justice. The beach across the street was just icing on the cake. Definitely will be back in the future.
Craig is on top of it. He’s an ‘at your service’ host. The brand new beach house is gorgeous and each room is nicely appointed. You feel you can relax and enjoy your stay. The access to the beach is across the street from the house. However, you have to cross A1A (5 lanes of fast cars) or walk 500 meters to the cross walk/light. There is no beach gear (chairs, beach cart, umbrella) so you’ll need to make a Costco run or bring your own. The house is great for family gatherings. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning again.
This house is wonderful. Beds were comfortable and the amenities were outstanding. They truly thought of everything. The house is brand new and it has a wonderful location across from the beach with a small walkway to the beach and shower steps from the driveway.

Beautiful new, well-designed duplex. Upstairs bonus room with office space and deck were great. Kitchen is well stocked. Mattresses were super comfortable. Beach is across the street and we loved the pool and hot tub. Craig responded quickly whenever I had a question. Highly recommend.
We were a group of 60 something ladies who were there for a retreat weekend. The pool and spa were wonderful. The great room and bonus rooms were very spacious!! This place seems very new and everything works. Craig responded almost immediately to a few minor things we couldn’t figure out. The ocean is across the street and on a private stretch of the beach. We would come back again!
Beach Haven was clean, comfortable and worked great for our family! We loved the multiple living spaces and especially the pool and patio area. Beach access was very easy and the beach was everything we hoped for.
BEST AirBnB experience we have EVER had! Home feels brand new, meticulously clean. Beautifully decorated by not at all cluttered - plenty of space for our stuff when we arrived! PERFECT backyard pool and spa - plenty of shade, and the hot tub heats to temp within 1 hour! Amazing! Kitchen was AMAZING - well stocked with everything you could possibly want. Craig’s book of instructions and recommendations was soooooo helpful!! Private beach access right across the street - and in an area of the beach with no hotels - we hardly had any company, no crowds!! Condo is split into two homes (like a duplex) but we had every bit of privacy needed and hardly heard a peep from next door. Home is well insulated, amazing AC, PLENTY of living space for a big family. SOOOOO impressed! Can’t wait to come back!!
